• event_note When filling out the booking form, please input the date that you will be staying overnight at your accommodation.
• fitness_center Each piece of luggage must weigh no more than 15kg.
• luggage Hard Shell suitcases carry surcharges. Soft shell duffels and luggage is requested.
• camera_alt Please take a photograph and send to office email of luggage transported and the confirmed numbers to be collected.
• schedule Luggage should be ready for collection by 08:00am each day and will be delivered by 16:30pm each day (outside variable factors cannot be accounted for and potentially later delivery).
• phone_in_talk If en route luggage numbers change, please contact the office the evening before collection the next day.
• apartment Air B&B apartment drops and collections carry a surcharge (if possible to deliver). CVT office requires host contact name and mobile to arrange secure delivery.
• euro_symbol Storage of luggage costs €10 per day, per piece - if possible.
• local_offer CVT Staff will rendezvous with clients on the day prior to first luggage collection to provide CVT luggage tags and take payment for final amount of services provided.
• account_balance_wallet Minimum 50% deposit will be taken on booking confirmation of CVT Luggage Services with the outstanding amount paid when rendezvous with CVT staff on the day prior to first luggage collection.
• terrain 99% of Refugio's around the TMB route cannot be accessed due to them being situated halfway up the Mountain side.
